Camp Geechee Comes to Life at Historic Penn Center

Live Camp Geechee brought the world of Camp Geechee to life for three unforgettable days, rooted in Gullah Geechee culture, storytelling, creativity, and immersive hands-on learning.

Held at Penn Center from July 31 through August 2, the camp welcomed youth ages 10 to 18 for workshops, activities, games, competitions, and Gullah Geechee inspired food and cultural experiences.
